on a dividend call, you can count me out. a la apple that i'm willing to overlook it. we also need to listen for something breakout, something new on a conference call, something the company is going to do differently or going to announce soon that can serve as an upcoming catalyst. i always talk about catalysts in the show. you need a catalyst to buy a stock. i scrutinize not so much for what happened, that doesn't interest me, but something that will happen and if i hear something that sounds like it could propel the stock in the future, i am anxious to buy it. and if there is a sell-off because someone is disappointed the company didn't beat the estimates by enough or didn't guide high enough to please the momentum funds of the stock, i got my opportunity. all right. so what are the examples i look for? pharmaceutical companies, they often telegraph what might be going into stage 3, okay? meaning what drugs might be near final approval. they often tell you about expanding usage on the labels for drugs. allergen, one of the best over the years, has told you more about the future on the cal

able just to observe humanity. i have an office in l.a., and i picked the second floor so i could, because they eat outsidement and coy just watch people eating, you know, yes, it's-- we have what we call-- you know. and ackers have what they call the phrase or the word behavior. movies are about and acting is about behavior. meaning it's not what you say, because that's usually to disguise what you are really feeling in life. it's your behaviour or now we hear words like body language that gives you up. and it's the behavior of the person. i as an example, in midnight cowboy i read the book, and it's helpful when a script comes from a book because it tends to be more dimensional. and that was james willo hur i hee and it was a marvelous book and he described the character as being like a four wheels that were one of the wheels was missing in terms of the kind of limp. and i was walking down the street in new york one day and i saw this guy limping. i thought that is an interesting limp. and i followed him. and this was near 42nd street. and i stopped behind him and i watched him.

crashed into a store. ktvu's janine de la vega just arrived on the scene. janine? >> reporter: we're here at 85. right behind me, you can see a tow truck is pulling out this mobile dog spa, grooming van. it's called just for paws. it has gone and completely crashed into this smoke shop here located into this strip mall i just spoke with police a short time ago and they tell me that this accident all happened at 6:30 this morning. and apparently what happened is somebody who works for the just for paws mobile spa company left this unit basically unattended, was warming it up either in a parking lot or their driveway. when they came out, they found it was stolen. next thing you know, a couple of hours later, police say that they get a call from somebody passing by saying that this van has just crashed into the smoke shop called up in smoke and they saw four young men running away from the van. we don't know if anybody was hurt. as far as we know, the four suspects have not been caught. just a lot of damage left over here in this smoke shop. we just got here so we haven't been able to speak

against the call as it comes down. and then you have something to say for it. >> before we get to pisani on the floor, let's check in with phil lebeau and talk about lahood leaving the department of transportation. what does it mean? >> i don't think it will mean a huge change in terms of the media question when it comes to the transportation department and faa which is the investigation into the boeing 787 dreamliner. ray lahood has taken a zero tolerance approach in terms of letting the dreamliner get back in the air. there was a lot of questions when they initially came out and they said, listen, this is a safe airplane. i would fly it, within a week he had to come back and say, per the guidance of the faa, we're going to ground this plane. and some people have said, listen, if he leaves the administration, does that mean there's going to be a change in tone, or a change in the investigation. i don't think so. i think the tone has already been set, that they want to be 100% sure they have figured out exactly what went wrong with the dreamliners relative to the battery and other compon
